I was experiencing this problem in a sandbox environment "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.", but I was able to receive payment from the user and the data I saw from the developer api was also successful. But I don't know why

Hello,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.
There are a lot of reasons for receiving that error message. Its a catch all error message.
Here are some of the reasons:
- You are trying to pay yourself with a test credit card that is on your Business sandbox account
- You have a malformed request (incorrect return url or sending an invalid variable)
- You have a setting turned on that should not be on (EWP settings)
