Hello, I'm trying to create sandbox accounts but I'm experiencing this problem for about 1 hour, how can I resolve it? This is the complete message:

I've been trying to solve this issue since 3 hrs using different names, different emails, different methods to create the sandbox account, etc.

Also linked my credit card as I thought it may be due to that. Now I ran out of ideas to come up with a solution

Please help as soon as possible.

Hey @Falcuz96, my problem got solved Alhamdulilah

I tried to create a personal account and it worked now.

Also, the two default accounts which Paypal provides appeared after creating a dummy personal account

Hello,

This issue should now be resolved.

I've tested myself today and I can view the details for existing REST applications and create new "merchant" type REST applications.

Please note, we are still working on an issue with "platform" app creation failing and we hope to have that resolved as soon as possible.
