No Apps or sandbox accounts

I was working yesterday on setting up a paypal App in sandbox mode as a Plattform to handle multiseller. When I logged in none of my Apps or Sandbox accounts is shown. Neither can I create any Apps or sandbox accounts. And on whatever I click I get "Something went wrong getting your credentials. Try again. If you wish to report this error please include the following error id". How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

@StudiFH It worked for me now.
I was trying to solve this assuming I did something wrong for 3 hrs.
Then I gave up and found this problem.
Now I tried to create a dummy personal account & it worked.
Also, the two default dummy account provided by Paypal appeared after that.
