Enabling Require Customer's Billing Address

Hi,

I'm using the IPN notification script and can't receive the customer's billing address.

I'm in *sandbox* and my merchant id is: RFGNXPNXR6D3G

Can you please enable it?

One more question: I will have to request this again when I will go live? Or this is a problem in sandbox only?
