Sandbox doesn't generate any more IPN

Since Dec-7-2022 03:08 UTC, it's impossible to generate new IPN after credit card payment test.

I only can resend previous IPNs from the IPN history.

IPN simulator works well.

I found a same case a few months ago.

Is there still anyone facing the same problem?

It's been a week and we're still experiencing this issue, and the status page (https://www.paypal-status.com/product/sandbox ) still says everything is operational.  Are you able to offer an update on this issue, and are you able to explain why the status page shows there to be no problem when in fact we haven't had any IPNs delivered for a few weeks now?
