Thank you for posting to the PayPal Community. If you would like to test the product, Merchant Technical Support can certainly add it to your Sandbox Account. All we need is the merchant id for the sandbox account.
Since the product requires additional vetting for live accounts, the only way to have this option reviewed is to contact the live PayPal Customer Support team.
- Log into your PayPal Account
- Click Contact Us
Advise Customer Support that you would like them to submit a request to enable live Reference Transactions for your live Shopify store. Provide the reasons why you need it, and they can submit the request to the back end team for review.
