Sandbox Paypal. - Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

I just want to ask if there's a problem on SANDBOX paypal? I'm currently testing payments for my website using sandbox paypal. 
Is it on maintenance? Last April 14, I also get this problem then it's working fine yesterday, But today It's not working again?

Any news about this? I can't test payment for my website 

I really need answers ASAP.

It's working now for me - if you're still seeing the issue,  try deleting cache & cookies (or using private browsing mode).

This problem is back. 

The sandbox PayPal subscription factory button was working well for me before 27/10/2022.

Now the popup closes immediately after clicking on subscribe using the factory button. I get the following errors in the console:

POST https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/smart/api/billagmt/subscriptions/I-8PFX6T3MUARY/cartid [HTTP/2 400 Bad Request 433ms

create_order_error buttons:1478:170099

Uncaught Error: TOKEN_FAILURE js:2:72960

Also when I try to access the email subscription link (https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/webapps/billing/plans/subscribe?plan_id=P-9BE988025F254314RMNODLQY) it shows the error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

I am getting the error ("Things don't appear to be working at the moment"), but the paypal-status website doesnt show any sandbox outages.

[update] paypal sandbox is working now for me.  It must have been a temporary outage.
