PayPal Payouts API country restriction query

Hi All,

We are looking to enable automated PayPal rebates to our shoppers using Payouts API. We are based in US. Some of our Shoppers are outside US. Can someone please help clarify if we can use the Payout API for sending money from US based location to outside US based location (through Shoppers email id linked to PayPal).

Hello,

Payouts will work within the United States once your account is eligible to use that functionality. Sending payouts to customers outside of the United States should not be an issue.
