Hello,
In the video you provided, you're copying the sandbox client_id and client_secret from your REST application and pasting them into your e-commerce solution, but the environment shows as "LIVE", so transactions won't work with those credentials.
You need to go to the REST application details, click on the "LIVE" tab and then copy and paste the client_id and client_secret from the "LIVE" section of the REST application and paste them into your e-commerce solution. I highly recommend not making a video showing these credentials for obvious reasons.
In regards to enabling payouts, this is enable by default for all sandbox accounts, but for production usage the functionality is not automatically available. You need to contact our customer service team to determine if your account is eligible to use this functionality.
Thanks !
