My money is on pending list. Im not a seller, i have an instagram account where people ask me to advertise their product, for whitch they pay me money. Please help!

30 dollar transaction on hold, its the money that i have got paid for advertising product on my instagram account 0EX64421CS5313353 . 2nd transaction was a donation 5TX903232D1800249 . Please solve this issue! Thanks in advance!
