IPN notifications stuck in queue in Sandbox

We are experiencing an issue where IPN notifications are not being sent and are stuck with 'queued' status.  From looking through historic community posts it looks like this is a recurring issue.

 

Our sandbox merchant ID is NEZ6LQSRUEW32

 

Please could we have some advice on how to resolve please?

Hello,

Apologies for the delay in responding, I was out of office for a few weeks.

Thanks for sharing the merchant id for your sandbox account. I've checked the account today and all IPN's show as having a "sent" status.

Please let us know if the issue reoccurs.
