IPN not received after order, but working with IPN simulator in sandbox

Hi all,

 

I am trying to test making an order in sandbox mode and the order status is completed, but the IPN message is not sent. I tested it separately with the IPN simulator and it worked fine. I do have the IPN URL set in my setttings and enabled. What am I missing?

The order was created using the v2 api.

Hello,

Please share either the "merchant id" for your sandbox account or the "client id" which you used to create the order so I can review in more detail.

Hello,

I've checked the sandbox account associated with this client ID and IPN is not setup within the account, which explains why you're not receiving IPN's.
