Gravity Forms PayPal Checkout Account Email Confirmation Not Being Sent

I am using gravity forms add-on PayPal checkout to allow for paid memberships on a wordpress site for a client of mine through an online form. I would like to test this out in a sandbox account so I can show an example of this form working. The issue I am having is when I add my sandbox account to the add-on - the correct merchant id is connected, but the email confirmation to activate this account isn't being sent to me. I have looked in spam, trash, and the inbox with no luck. I have been told by gravity forms support that this is an issue on PayPal's end. I can't find a way to resend this email without going back through the steps of connecting the account (which I did multiple times with no luck), I made sure the email I was putting in was correct and tried even swapping emails between my business and personal with no luck. Is there anyway we can get this email confirmation to send to me?

Check to see if your email server is using “greylisting” for spam protection. Greylisting can delay (or prevent) email delivery from an unknown source. If it is using greylisting, turn it off temporarily (until you receive your email). Additionally you can whitelist PayPal’s domain. Be sure to include wildcards at the beginning and end of your whitelisted domain to cover domain variations. With either method, you’ll probably need to resubmit to receive another confirmation email from PayPal. Good luck!

Hello,

"The issue I am having is when I add my sandbox account to the add-on - the correct merchant id is connected, but the email confirmation to activate this account isn't being sent to me. I have looked in spam, trash, and the inbox with no luck"

All email communication within our sandbox environment is sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal developer account. The environment does not send emails to external email addresses.

If you don't see the email to confirm the email address for your sandbox account within the notifications section of your developer account, login to the sandbox account and go to the account settings section, then email. Locate the email address and click on the "update" link. You should then see a "confirm email" button, click on this button and a new email should be sent.

Thanks !
