Where i get the test credentials for sandbox account after create a sandbox account?

I believe you have created your sandbox account from developer.paypal.com.

If yes, you can navigate to developer.paypal.com->Sandbox ->Accounts.

Click on the sandbox email address->Choose Profile->API Credentials. There you will find your sandbox account API credentials.
