Cannot confirm email in sandbox enviroment

I cannot confirm email for my sandbox accounts.
I created two on emails:
[removed]
[removed]
Both have gmail.com domain (for some reason form does not allow me to put here the whole email address...).
And for both addresses the confirmation link do not arrive.
I requested resending multiply times.
I double checked other emails that are sent to these addresses and everything arrives properly to the mailbox.
I am trying to confirm them for several days...

Hello,
Our sandbox environment does not send emails to external email addresses as the environment is not connected to the outside world, it's a self-contained environment.
Any email communication from sandbox accounts or in relation to sandbox transactions will be sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal developer account.
https://developer.paypal.com/developer/notifications
Email confirmations will also be sent to that location, so check there and you should see these emails asking you to confirm the email address. Click on the link in the email and sign into your sandbox account and the email address should be confirmed.
