Missing attachment from Paypal message.

Hi,
I've now been trying for two weeks to get paypal to send me activity reports reaching back for ten years (as obligated by German law). It worked for my personal account with no effort and I had the reports the next morning.
When I reached out to the chat support whom sent me the reports, the attachment from their message within paypal was missing. Same for a second attempt, even though the message claimed that an attachment should have been there After requesting to check again the chat support claimed that the reports were attached and I was to try to open the messages on another device. I've tried on four devices with several browsers (including Chrome which is recommended by paypal) so far but wasn't able to see the attachments.
Is there anybody else who faced this very issue? I need these reports and am growing frustrated with how paypal seems to simply brush off my requests for help.

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum. I can imagine how frustrated I'd feel in your position, and I'm very sorry that you still haven't gotten your report.
I would recommend that you contact Customer Service again and explain that the attempts to send the attachment have been unsuccessful multiple times, and that they will need to find another way to send the reports. It is possible that they are using a setting for security of the information that is stripping the attachment out, or that the file size is exceeding the limit. No matter what the case, they will have to troubleshoot and see that you get that report.
Again, I'm very sorry for the experience you've had, and I hope that this is resolved quickly!
