Hi There , i need to get an activity report for 01/04/21 to 31/03/22 to do my tax form but cant seem to get it anywhere , many thanks?

I have the same problem, the download button on the 'Activity' tab keeps taking me to a page to download crypto transactions for tax documents. I just want a download of all of my PayPal transactions for a custom date period.

I'm sorry to hear you're both having trouble downloading a report of your transactions from the last few years. A great Help Center article you may find useful is: How do I download a statement report of my PayPal transaction history? If the option to download the statement you want isn't showing, please try pasting http://business.paypal.com into your browser after you log into your account.

This doesn't work, the helpfile says go to "settings" and click "statements and taxes" but "statements and taxes" does not exist. It used to be so easy to download transactions but now it seems to be impossible??

Hi 

I am also having issues making custom reports for my business and tax purposes.

I cannot find an option anywhere to just have "incoming transactions". There is no option in the custom section.

Every report I generate just lists every single transaction including outgoing payments.

I just need income, sales.

Please help
