Error When Checking Dispute Status

I filed a dispute weeks ago and have heard nothing! Every time I got to check the status, it errors out. I never received my goods that were ordered on Sept 6th (nearly three months ago) and I have no way to contact anyone!

I would ask that you please access your Resolution Center via the PayPal Website. Also please try using an alternative browser.
Any case updates will be sent to your primary email address so I would ask you to keep an eye on your emails for any case updates.
Otherwise, for case updates, you may need to contact our customer service team. To contact customer service click 'help' or 'contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
