URGENT!!!
I was supposed to get refunds from my ex in the amount of $810 and $1947. But they both got declined. I started the dispute and won both disputes. Even after winning the dispute both refund transactions were declined. I called PYAPAL they said please ask the seller or my ex. He says he can refund but Paypal didn't took money from his debit card but rather straight from my other checking account that didn't have any balance. Paypal not helping and I DON'T want to call my ex. What should I do?
