Are Custom Statements working properly?

I cannot get Custom Statements to run properly in CSV. They just sit there as a request. When one has run it is not downloading the Customer Name.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues running statements in your PayPal account. The name should be something that's unable to be removed, normally located in column D in a .CSV file. Apologies for the inconvenience if you're seeing otherwise.
