All I need is a simple list of my customers and the total of how much they've each paid me so far this year. And I cannot for the life of me find this option anywhere in any of the reports or invoicing or tools anywhere on this website.
I can't imagine that Paypal is missing something so basic and theoretically simple.
This is outside the scope of Paypal,it is a payment processor,not your sales ledger.
if you have a piece of software which can read your Paypal completed payment activities,sort them by customer name,add up the sales by customer showing total by customer and a grand total for all customers.

All I'm looking for is a total of all the invoices. I don't think that's an outrageous expectation for an invoicing processor. I'm not looking to divide them, organize them..... nuthin'. Just a total at the end of the column. So I don't have to type it all into another place or spreadsheet or whatever.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to find this information. You may be able to get what you need from the Activity Download. The output can be saved as a spreadsheet that can be sorted however you like in a program such as Excel.
