hi how do i retrieve a transaction page with an invoice number thats dated 3 or 4 years ago?

hi i am trying to retrieve an online account but they require me to submit a paypal receipt that was 3 or 4 years ago. I cant seem to track back that far. is there a time limit where your transactions are stored?

There is two methods depending on what you see on the screen to download your transaction history:

You can go as far back as 7 years.

Method one:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Click Statements or the download icon on the right of the search bar, then click Custom.
3. Click Activity Download.
4. Select the transaction type, date range and file format, and customize your report fields.
5. Click Create Report.
6. When the report is ready, click Download.

Method two:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Click Statements or the download icon on the right of the search bar.
3. Click See more reports.
4. Click Activity Download.
5. Select the transaction type, date range, file format, and customize your report fields.
6. Click Create Report.
7. When the report is ready, click Download.

By the way, it is a data report, not in actual receipt format so you have to edit/format the data to look like a PayPal receipt.
