Same here, nothing mentioned on the PayPal status page and I need the reports like now...

This has been going on for weeks now. PayPal really needs to fix this.
Stripe takes 2 seconds to return a report with a 6 month spread. Where paypal crashes on a single month.

Well, that's just great. I really need those reports for our accountant and there are deadlines we need to meet.
I emailed PayPal support about the issue but don't really expect anything but a standard useless reply, like always.

I was on a live chat with a rep, he said he would generate the reports for me.
2 days later never got them
super disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear you're still running into some issues downloading your account history. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history yet? Also, sometimes a completely different browser will do the trick. If you're still experiencing these issues after those troubleshooting steps,please make sure you report this issue on www.paypal-support.com. Once you're on that page, click Contact us at the bottom of the page, Log in with PayPal, then fill out the information in all the required fields.
