I need a simple end of year itemized transactions that I can sort and not have to spend weeks sorting through duplicate and triplicate transactions seen on a paypal completed summary.

Create an Activity Download report or Financial Summary.

I appreciate your response. The financial summary does not give me itemized transactions. And, it states I refunded (as a seller) when I was refunded (as a buyer). Under activity downloads, there, are the only reports I can download. Yet, they are convoluted with how Paypal conducts its transactions, and they are not user-friendly. So, it takes weeks to weed through the transactions I need. I need something as simple as a report I would obtain like from a credit card company or bank end-of-year statement.

See the snapshot I uploaded. It's plain nuts. Screen Shot 2022-06-10 at 6.40.47 PM.png
