So I use paypal to send money between my family as well as purchases online. Last year I had my taxes deposited to my PayPal cash card and cleared in 24 hours everything was fine. I am not a seller or send money from my PayPal to my bank card. This is a direct transfer from HR block to my cash card that has been in pending status for over 80 hours and customer service is no help! When will they deposit my money
