Payment Type - "Funding Details" Report?

Like many other merchants, in addition to accepting PayPal for customers orders, we also use it to pay for our own business purchases of various products & services.

When we make a purchase (Payment to someone else) - the amount is first deducted from our existing Paypal Balance - and then the balance (if any) is taken out of our preferred Payment Method (i.e. Credit Card or Bank Account). This breakdown is needed for accounting purposes and is clearly shown when viewing or downloading individual payments in PayPal ACTIVITY.

There has to be some kind of Report that shows / summarizes these Funding Details - without having to view each Payment manually one at a time and recording the amounts.

Likely should be found in the REPORTS Section under - Transactions - Settlement / Transaction detail / Transaction finder. But those reports just return a message "You haven't subscribed to the daily Settlement / Transactions detail report"

I have Phoned Customer Support on this issue - and after a LONG wait - and several times on HOLD - was told there is no such report. I followed up by emailing Customer Support twice more - but they don't seem to have any idea what I am talking about and reply with "cut & paste" answers.

There absolutely need to be some kind of report that shows this breakdown?

Any help, suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Ugh Im searching for the same thing. Working on taxes and the ones that are paid for with the balance are going to fall through the cracks when we are itemizing all expenses because they are not on our credit card statements and it would take an insane amount of time to manually view each payment for funding type.

Any luck on this yet?  I need to go through a client's entire year of transactions.  This would help so much!
