No option to create a statement showing on Activity page

I want to download my Activity from last year.  When I go to the Activity page, there is no button showing on the page to select Statements.  What can I do?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to download your activity. Here's how to download your monthly statements:

Go to Activity.
Click Download Icon on the right of the page, then click Standard.
Under a specific year, select the monthly statement you're looking to download.
Click Download.
