Invoice payment still not reflected in My activity

Hi, I have paid my invoice but still not showing in recent activity. I have paid more than one week ago, but still the transactions are not getting reflected in My activity page. kindly give the solution for this issue.

If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to access your PayPal account, please try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different internet browser to access your account. If you are attempting to log in through the mobile app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve the issue.
