Seller Tools Button on Site - Payments doesn't reflect on Balance

So I have added these Seller Buttons in my website:Seller Button

 There are a couple of purchases that were made but the balances are not showing up. My question is after they paid. Does it reflect immediately? Is there anyway that we can check that the payment is being processed? I am using a personal account. I know that to have better selling features, I need a merchant one but I got these from the seller tools option in my profile. Is it possible that the payment went through somewhere other than my paypal? I need help.

Great questions!  

A payment usually reflects on an account rather quickly. An email is sent to the sender and receiver about the payment. Have you received an email from PayPal that a payment was received? Is the payment reflecting in your Activity Log?
