FIRA not available.

I am writing to inquire about the Foreign Inward Remittance Advice (FIRA) certificate for my account. According to the information provided on your website, FIRA statements are generated by the 15th of each month. However, as of today, March 1st, I have not received the FIRA certificate for the month of January.

As I had transactions in January, the FIRA certificate for that month should have been generated by February 15th. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my FIRA certificate? I would greatly appreciate it if you could ensure that the certificate is generated and sent to me as soon as possible.

If you were due to receive a FIRA certificate and have not yet received it, then I would recommend that you contact us directly. Please click on the help/contact link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
