Firc/fira - I am looking for FIRC older than 12 months for 3 months so as per paypal I have to contact Citibank and apply online and pay their charges, Now the problem is I have seen many posts mentioning that they have not received any reply from Citibank even after the payment, can someone who experienced this situation help me with expected time frame/process?
