Daily Transactions Detail Report

How do you subscribe to the Daily Transactions Detail Report?

The steps that are shown in the help section just take me back to the same message telling me that I'm not subscribed... which I already know and why I'm trying to subscribe in the first place!

I just called and asked about this.  I was told that documentation is outdated and there is no way to subscribe to reports any more.

Would someone have a solution?

I'd like to receive a CSV or XLS each day or each week automatically for all the Completed Payments (without the refunds).

Any idea?
