Are Custom Statements working properly?

I cannot get Custom Statements to run properly in CSV. They just sit there as a request. When one has run it is not downloading the Customer Name.

The name should be something that's unable to be removed, normally located in column D in a .CSV file. Apologies for the inconvenience if you're seeing otherwise.
