1099 tax form won’t load

Everything on PayPal is working perfectly I go to my tax documents to load my 1099 form and it just constantly loads acts like it’s wanting to load some thing but nothing ever happens it’s been like this for several days I’ve tried different browsers going on different peoples computers they all do the same thing I have no idea what to do and this is holding me up from doing my taxes and there is no one to talk to from PayPal worst customer service

Having the same issue. I already tried loading it in multiple browsers, still no luck. Something seems to be broken on PayPal's servers. This is pretty messed up considering it's tax season.

For anyone wondering I reached out to PayPal and they said they should have a resolution by 2/26/21 are you kidding me i’m sure it should be a little earlier but still ridiculous

I just checked my account and Im able to get into tax docs now.  Of course, mine still says No Tax Docs but I feel like I should be getting a 1099-k.

I've never gotten a 1099-K before, but MD changed their threshold to $600 so I should get one this year (eBay sent me one for the last 3 months of the year after I was switched to their commerce service).  I was having the spinning circle issue until today - now I just get the 'No Tax Documents for 2020' message.  PayPal was supposed to issue tax documents by January 31.  Did anyone get their documents?  I don't want to file and then 2 days later get a 1099-K.  I plan on reporting my sales, but I know the number I have from my records will not exactly match a 1099-K - I just don't want to make this more difficult than it needs to be.

I’m in MD and have the exact same issue.   Not sure what to do but I need to get my taxes finished up.

UPDATE for users in Maryland - I contacted PayPal, and they said that they are not required to provide 1099-K's for MD residents until the tax year that started on January 1, 2021.  So, unless you hit the IRS thresholds for 2020, you will not receive a 1099-K if you live in Maryland.

It amazes me that this sort of information isnt available online somewhere.   I have searched for days to find out what the requirements are and havent really found anything.
