1099 tax form won’t load

Everything on PayPal is working perfectly I go to my tax documents to load my 1099 form and it just constantly loads acts like it’s wanting to load some thing but nothing ever happens it’s been like this for several days I’ve tried different browsers going on different peoples computers they all do the same thing I have no idea what to do and this is holding me up from doing my taxes and there is no one to talk to from PayPal worst customer service

Just chiming in to say how frustrating this is.

Businesses must send Form 1099-MISC to recipients by February 1, 2021, and file it with the IRS by March 1 (March 31 if filing electronically)...so come on Paypal...fix the tax documents or provide them to us by mail.  You are now two weeks beyond the legal deadline.

Has PayPal addressed this issue? My tax documents will not load on the screen. This seems like a pretty big issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

Hey folks, I think I might have a solution for you all here if you are still having issues.

I had this same issue. I finally fixed it by disabling all of my ad blockers and refreshing the page. The 1099 showed right up after that.

Same problem here. Very frustrating. It's holding up getting my docs to my CPA.

As someone mentioned above, removing the ad blockers helps. I'm on a Mac/safari. Went to preference and under "privacy" unchecked "prevent cross site tracking". I reloaded the page and my info was thankfully there! I'm not an expert, but this helped me.

I've tried changing, turning off security settings. I've also tried with 3 different out of the box browsers with the same result. Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Chrome.
