UPDATE for users in Maryland - I contacted PayPal, and they said that they are not required to provide 1099-K's for MD residents until the tax year that started on January 1, 2021.  So, unless you hit the IRS thresholds for 2020, you will not receive a 1099-K if you live in Maryland. ... View more

I've never gotten a 1099-K before, but MD changed their threshold to $600 so I should get one this year (eBay sent me one for the last 3 months of the year after I was switched to their commerce service).  I was having the spinning circle issue until today - now I just get the 'No Tax Documents for 2020' message.  PayPal was supposed to issue tax documents by January 31.  Did anyone get their documents?  I don't want to file and then 2 days later get a 1099-K.  I plan on reporting my sales, but I know the number I have from my records will not exactly match a 1099-K - I just don't want to make this more difficult than it needs to be. ...
