Apologies for the delay. If you have a PayPal claim open in the Resolution Centre of your account and you have been asked to return the items it would be for a full refund. PayPal would check your return tracking information and once they verify the return the whole amount is reversed. If you have not opened a claim however and have just sent the item back as an agreement between you and seller we would not be able to force the seller to issue a full refund. You may still be able to open a claim for the item being 'Significantly not as Described' and state that the item has already been returned. See how Here.
