claim closed by PayPal for successful returned item as untrackable

Good day, i bought broken GPU, that open disput, due to we can't find solution with seller, i escalate it to claim, PayPal deside for return. (i never do this before so i just want for PayPal protection for returnnin). Than i sepcify tracking number (return from Ukraine to Austria) and add small comment, that i make also image of comfirmation and so on. And begin waiting. It was on processing on claim specialist about 1 month and than i get this email

"The tracking information you provided was invalid and we were unable to confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund." But it perfectly trackable from UK and AT side and seller comfirmed. That hi recived packed.

 

Why PayPal mayke desision even don't ask my assistance?? And ways i have now to return my money. I try to contatact wia Contact Center, but recive only automatic answers with stupid FAQ. And including that im from UA, calling to UK will cost not small money and i don't know event if we can resolve it for 5-10 mins.

 

Is therre any change to get refund? I make all perfectly from my side (((((. i get a lot of proof and tracking still trackable

the same tracking number was provided, i checked it many times, in eBay messages history with seller i get proofs about item succesful return.

I have exactly the same issue. Paypal keep sending me updates telling me the tracking number was invalid. I have the tracking number the item being proved as delivered AND signed for. Despite this Payapl has closed the dispute in the sellers favour? So by following Paypals instructions I am now out of pocket, without my item and feeling pretty annoyed. Paypal just keep repeating the same replies despite me uploading the postsage tracking and signature proof.  Whats going on here?? How do I get this simply matter resolved?

Welcome to the PayPal community forum. 

 

When tracking an item online we would use the same tools that you would so if you are able to track it then we should be able to do the same. I would check to ensure that the tracking number you provided to us is correct and that you have listed the correct shipping company to go with it. If it is incorrect or you are still getting these automated emails please call us so we can help. To call us just click on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
