Good day, i bought broken GPU, that open disput, due to we can't find solution with seller, i escalate it to claim, PayPal deside for return. (i never do this before so i just want for PayPal protection for returnnin). Than i sepcify tracking number (return from Ukraine to Austria) and add small comment, that i make also image of comfirmation and so on. And begin waiting. It was on processing on claim specialist about 1 month and than i get this email "The tracking information you provided was invalid and we were unable to confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund." But it perfectly trackable from UK and AT side and seller comfirmed. That hi recived packed. Why PayPal mayke desision even don't ask my assistance?? And ways i have now to return my money. I try to contatact wia Contact Center, but recive only automatic answers with stupid FAQ. And including that im from UA, calling to UK will cost not small money and i don't know event if we can resolve it for 5-10 mins. Is therre any change to get refund?
