cancellations

just wondered if anyone knows how long it takes for money to be returned after a cancelled payment? was cancelled once due to wrong email and again due to a mistake on my behalf... Mine comes directly from my bank account and has not been returned or added to paypal account?

Hey there,

If payment was made from your PayPal balance or bank account then the funds will go to your PayPal balance, however if made from your card it will return to your card.

As you say payment went back to your bank account then you probably made payment from a debit card.

What was the funding source of the other payment that you are still waiting on? If your bank account you may need to wait till the funds clear in full from your bank account (5-7 working days)
