No cancel option in History file.

Hello.

           Won item on auction and paid on Paypal Invoice sent by seller two weeks ago. Remains unclaimed.

 

Contacted seller who said that his main account had been closed by Paypal ( for what ever reason ) and he has sent a second Paypal invoice.

 

Went to History page to cancel original payment but no Cancel option available

 

Can anyone please advise why this might be?

Hey there,

 

As the status shows as unclaimed then the funds will return back to you after 30 days.

 

As the cancel option is not available to you it means the email address used was an active email address.

 

The only time you can cancel a transaction is if the payment has been sent to an unregistered or unconfirmed email address.
