Refund Help

Hello,

I recently paid for an item with my card through paypal and the order was refunded and according to paypal it was complete,

I have noticed on all transactions i do like this my paypal balance according to my history goes into minus then back to zero so i am unsure where my money has been refunded to.

If paypal has used that money to regain balance to 0 without me getting the money back at all or if the money is still on its way to my bank..

Hey there,

As you made payment from your card, the funds are sent back to your card.  

So they do show as a credit for a few seconds but are then sent directly to your card.
