Temporary Authoristation - cancelling order

Hello Everyone

I placed an order with Toys R Us overseas and tried 4 times to complete the order. in the end i paid via Paypal but the order did not go through (however the money has been held in Temporary Authoristion by PayPa)l.

Obviously the store has never received the order, as the web page went completely blank after the order/paypal payment.

i cant see how to cancel the order and have the money released. can't see any way to do it

could someone help? I believe the money gets refunded after 30 days of no action, but is there a way just to cancel the order?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum.

If there is no cancel button beside the order you have placed you will need to contact the merchant directly and request they cancel it from their side.
