Hello I found out that the merchant/website i'm dealing with is a scam.
The good thing the payment or transcation is still on Temporary hold because of the merchant verification/authorization. Is there any way to cancel the transcation so that it will not be processed?
I tried filing a dispute but it says an error becuase of the hold.
