Hi,i put bid on ebay to think seller is offering cell phone because seller did not give complete information just right NOKIA E6 Utilities and i did not understand what meant by it.I sent many message to seller before make the payment but he did not reply me after 24hours of confirmation of bid so i made the payment.After my payment he replied thses was cds not cell phone he is cancelling my bid and purchase i was cancelled this purchase as well.i put my case to resolution center to refund my money but today i recieved from seller that he has been dispached these item that has been cancelled from both sides.Please please anyone can help me what i'll do to refund my money from seller?i dont need these cds i put bid for cell phones that seller was advertise there.
As this item was listed under mobile phones and is very deceptive then if you have filed for item not received and you get the item contact paypal and get the dispute changed to one of received but not as described.
