Refund completed transactions?

Hi my refund says completed I've checked my bank but it hasn't transferred over dose anyone know why thanks

You need to say HOW it was funded from your bank ie bank transfer OR debit card.

The refund was from a mobile phone company via debit card i think says completed on my paypal account but no sign of it on my bank statement the refund was issued yesterday

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account but takes a few days > up to a week to process through to the bank.
