Refund Taking More Than 7 Days??

Morning all,

I've been issued a refund on the 8th February and said it'll take to the 15th to clear through to my Paypal. It's nearly been a week after and it's still showing up as Pending? Any reason why this is the case?

My e-mail is all validated and had no other issues before,

Thanks for reaching out regarding a refund that you were waiting to receive. Depending on how the original payment was funded on PayPal, there are different ways that the payment can be refunded.
