Money held Until JAN 1970 WTH is going on

I People/ Advisors. 

Could somebody please answer this Question..

I have an account set-up for my son so he can sell things to buy a Gaming PC.

Everything has been going fine until 2 days ago.

Just when My son & I thought we where getting somewhere , PayPal begin Holding Funds...

But not just holding Funds, But holding Funds with a release date of JAN 1970

How in the hell is my son supposed to access his funds if PAYPAL are doing this to him.

The worst part is. He has just sold his turntables..

So that money is also being held until 1970

But a lesser valued item for £10 is also being held until JAN 1970

We have added tracking numbers ect.

We are not taking the money out of the account until he has the correct money for his PC also, so Paypal Are holding onto it on hold for him at the Least.

But how do we get this sorted, I cannot ring paypal at the moment my im waiting for a new phone... So i have sent them a message..

I hope somebody can provide some sort of an answer

Wow thats strange...

The Date just changed...

Both of them..

I think my message might of had something to do with it.

Just to mention... 

It was the GET DATE that was displaying a date of 1970

I click the ON HOLD and it sent me to another window where i clicked GET DATE and got a date of 1970

Oh well, i guess it was a Glitch, as my Son calls it...

lol
