Hi Guys, I hope I’m posting in the right place and I’m hoping somebody may be able to give me some peace of mind for now until I can contact PayPal when they open their phone lines again in the morning. Basically my boyfriend bought a pair of trainers from a seller yesterday 8/10/2017, the seller contacted him today to say he had posted them and would do so with tracking details. My boyfriend then messaged the seller asking for the details, to which he did not reply for 2 hours, and so, my boyfriend messaged him again, he answered, but avoided giving the details and when asked specifically for them, he has again, not answered at all. I messaged the seller personally simply pretending to be any other customer, he answered me pretty promptly. Within this time however, he had not messaged back my boyfriend. I left it around half an hour until I personally messaged him again, explaining the situation and asking him to send over tracking details to me to pass on, he is now ignoring me also. Since this, my boyfriend has sent one more message and has still not been responded to. Ultimately, this raises red flags and concerns as a lot of money were paid for these trainers and so I can hope you guys can understand why we are so concerned. I understand it’s too late to contact PayPal customer services currently so I am hoping somebody on here can offer some advice or peace of mind. Anything would be greatly, even massively appreciated!!
