Hiya I ordered a oyster travel system from Just4baby.co.uk. I have been waiting over 10 days for delivery after have been promised it every day! I haven't received a email to say it's been despatched either so I have emailed the company to ask for a full refund back into pay pall account ASAP as my baby is due next week and I still have no pushchair. What can PayPal do to get me my money back as they keep putting the phone down on me? I'm devastated AS £400 is too much money to let go of. Please help

Open a dispute in the resolution centre, enter as much info as u can and escalate it when u can
DO NOT close it until u have received your refund and are happy with the outcome even if the merchant asks u to
